Nighttime Goddess Stretch

Minutes: 3:00-5:00

Lie on your back with knees bent.

Place the soles of your feet together, then let your knees fall open, forming a diamond shape with your legs.

Rest your arms on the bed.

If you feel any strain, elevate your legs by placing a pillow underneath each knee.

Next:  Child's Pose

It sounds like a routine worth following. Stretches and relaxes you. Would think Child Pose would be final move. Thanks

I don't understand this last one. "rock your body up to sit; exhale as you roll back. Continue for 1 minute, then roll back." I can't rock up as described, not without extending my legs. And not sure why the routine would end on the most strenuous step. (I'm 120 fairly fit pounds, so I feel like I should be able to do it.)
