AIDS
AIDS Walk
This 10-kilometer walk (6.2 miles) takes roughly two to three hours to complete. It benefits AIDS research around the world.
AIDS/Lifecycle Ride to End AIDS
Ride strong with a 7-day bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money for the fight against HIV/AIDS.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society also has TNT that will train people to walk or run a full or half marathon. you raise funds for cancer research and patient support. I have done 2 TNT events and LOVE them. Great support and lots of information. Great for beginners as well as seasoned walkers and runners. Awesome folks training as well.
