Racing up the Empire State Building steps, duking it out on American Gladiators, performing with Cirque du Soleil, and climbing an 80-foot tree as a logger. It's all in a day's work for Jenna Wolfe, 35, the resident fitness fanatic at NBC's Weekend Today. We found out how she stays in shape for those demanding assignments.

Workout Routine
"I exercise six days a week for at least an hour, alternating among boot-camp-style workouts, weight lifting, and cardio. I always have a goal to work toward, such as a perfect pull-up -- now I can do 20!"

No Excuses
"Since I spend one or two weeks a month on the road, I've learned to incorporate whatever's around -- a chair, a park bench -- into my routine so my workouts don't slide."

Go-To Foods
"Almond butter, oatmeal, almond milk, rice cakes with cottage cheese and salsa, scrambled eggs and steamed veggies. I ate a scorpion on Today, but there are tastier ways to get protein!"

Sweet Tooth
"I need dessert every night or I go crazy, so I save myself 200 calories for frozen yogurt or a cookie."

Most Embarrassing Moment
"When I was a sports anchor, I went barreling into the locker room at a Philadelphia Eagles game and ran into the buck-naked tight end, who was on crutches. He landed flat on his back."
