How Kristin Stays Motivated
Are you and Sarah Jessica workout pals?At times. Sarah Jessica doesn't need a support buddy. She's one of the most motivated people I've ever met, and she has an amazing body even when she doesn't work out; though like the rest of us, she doesn't feel that way. For me, it's more fun when I have someone to go with.
How do you psych yourself up to work out when you don't want to?I remind myself that the endorphins will make me feel better. Even if I'm in a bad mood or I'm tired, I try to do something active for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
What's your idea of exercise heaven?I love hiking with my dogs Momma and Sam, two mutts I rescued. And I do yoga.
What do you consider fitness hell?Aerobics! I've tried to do the routines, but I'm not that coordinated. Just saying the word routine makes me anxious.
What do you like best about your body?My deltoids. That area is not the easiest place to get definition, so toning it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Are you all kidding?? I think this was a lovely interview.. I dont do half the things she does, so kuddos to her.. and I doubt if that starving people in the world would care that she throws away 1/2 her ice cream cone. For Gosh Sakes... she saved an orphan elephant.... Sweet Kristen!
5/27/2010 11:10:18 AM Report AbuseReally? tasteless because she throws away half of an ice cream bar? What do you want her to do? pack it up and ship it off? They asked her about indulging - we all do it- get off her.
5/27/2010 10:18:43 AM Report Abusevery true. As much as it is ok to work out etc...throwing your food away while people are starving..? tasteless.
5/11/2010 03:56:54 AM Report AbuseI thought this article was so ridiculous. I'm so tired of hearing these people brag about how they starve and deprive themselves, and it gets passed off as healthy. Wake up people - it's not healthy or normal. It's called a problem.
