"I think balance in life is the key to good health. My goal in 2012 is to maintain balance by finding time to give to others. This year I partnered with LATISSE through the LATISSE Wishes Challenge campaign to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. To keep my body feeling balanced, I vow to stay rested by sleeping at least eight hours (or more!) every night."
