I liked the article and you made some very good points. If you are not already in great shape, however, it could result in very sore muscles. Spider-man Press-up is pretty tough and I can feel it immediately. On the Fallen Triangle pull your supporting leg in a little so that your supporting foot is flat on the ground for balance. Definitely watch the video for proper form.
