Right now i have a low bloated stomach (constantly for the pass three months) and it looks like im pregnant. so im going to try this and hope it works by june!! gotta get my beach bod back! :) haha wish me luck!

So now when you click print, it will open and there is a button at the top to click "Print all Slides" and it will put it in a printable view..Im still having issues with the black boxes though..

I do tend to be lazy, but am going to try and change that...started today with 15 pushups and crunches...and am planning to walk a mile today...:)

I go on the treadmill for 3 miles a day and scale is not moving. I am hearing the excuses why go on when nothing changes.
