Most of these comments are from people who have no idea what they are talking about. They are not fitness professionals like myself with 30 years plus working with these problems. These comments just mislead people and cause even more frustration. I like the fact that your model looks like a real woman and not a female with a twelve year old's body.

1- get a bristle brush from walmart ($2.99) and dry brush your skin twice a day. 2- Wear a contour garment - it increases microcirculation, and reduces inches 3- Drink at least 64oz of water daily to flush your metabolism 4- Walk or use the elliptical machine for 45min. daily 5- Do a coffee ground "wrap" as often as possible 6- avoid "white foods" You can learn more about cellulite and get more tips from me at www.thecellulitestore.com - catch you on the sexy side - Prof. Zedd

I have been told by several professional body builders that "white" carbs (pasta, rice, bread etc.) are the cause of cellulite. I think it is just a curse all women have. eventually we all get it. It is the amount that you get that determines your ability to hide it. I am fortunate that I only have 2 very small dimples on the back of my right thigh.

Hypoxi is aimed at helping with cellulite appearance, although it is very expensive. Another thing that may assist with cellulite are the Scala tights there website is: www.scalabiopromise.com.au

Although having more fat certainly increases cellulite, because fat is not the main cause even women with very little body fat can have cellulite. I would say, don¿t get too frustrated if you can¿t get rid of all of it. However, watching your diet, mainly fat, carbohydrates, salt, and not getting enough fiber, may help reduce the appearance. This along with regular aerobics and strength training is really the only possible solution, but even that's not a sure thing.

Im not a big girl, I'm 5'6' and weigh about 140lbs. I have two kids and my weight fluctuates alot! I do have cellulite but when I was working out (when i had the time) most of it went away. So lots of cardio and strength training helps.

Cellulite is mostly just genetics. I think the best thing you can do is be healthy and fit and thin...tanning helps camouflage it, and Spanx or other hosiery can hide it, but a real cure or method of prevention? There is none.

I agree with caedwards56. Cutting down on dairy and fatty foods might help as well as performing an exercise that makes your entire body sweat profusely like running or jumping rope. That worked for me.
