Beginner: Long-Leg Scissor
What You'll Need: A mat (or a beach towel).
Targets: Obliques, abs
- Lie faceup on mat with legs extended, hands under butt.
- Lift feet 10 to 12 inches off mat.
- Keeping head and shoulders down, slowly move legs apart, out to sides and back to center.
- Do 15 reps.
Im not a big girl, I'm 5'6' and weigh about 140lbs. I have two kids and my weight fluctuates alot! I do have cellulite but when I was working out (when i had the time) most of it went away. So lots of cardio and strength training helps.

1/10/2010 08:48:58 PM Report AbuseCellulite is mostly just genetics. I think the best thing you can do is be healthy and fit and thin...tanning helps camouflage it, and Spanx or other hosiery can hide it, but a real cure or method of prevention? There is none.
1/9/2010 02:35:05 PM Report AbuseI agree with caedwards56. Cutting down on dairy and fatty foods might help as well as performing an exercise that makes your entire body sweat profusely like running or jumping rope. That worked for me.
