Jump both feet out to right so that legs are extended, knees are slightly bent and body is balanced on hands and toes. MAKE IT EASIER: Jump feet directly behind you into full push-up position.
Quickly jump both feet back toward hands.
Return to standing, then repeat motion to left to complete 1 rep.
i agree, luckily i have the magazine at home (planning on doing this tonight, i tried the 180 jump though it was intensely awesome) but yeah fitess magazine please work out your video, and slides I wish they would just have the explanation and pics on one page its highly annoying esp if you are trying to use your phone laying on your bedroom floor doing moves! LOL
