Star Squat
Targets: Arms, abs, and legs

Stand with feet together, arms by sides. Squat low, placing palms on floor in front of feet, directly under shoulders.
- Kick feet straight behind you, landing in push-up position (balancing on palms and toes, back flat, abs engaged).
Do anywhere? Ahhh...yea...not so sure my boss would appreciate this in the office...DUH...come on be real. The exercises may be beneficial but the headline is rather misleading!

Eat some healthy snacks in between meals and I bet your weight will start dropping. Same with me and my dr kept thinking I must be diabetic. I changed doctors and found I make too much insulin (which stores fat), so my sugar would drop to stupid low levels.I quit eating sugar, the insulin reduced, I ate more protein, and the weight started dropping. Hope that helps!

I exercise for at least 20 mins. for 6 days. I am not a diabetic. But I am always hungry...like get dizzy hungry... I am still gaining weight. What should I be doing?
