Glad to see I am not the only one with problems. They are telling me I never paid for the subscription. Funny it shows a charge on my credit card and then they told me the subscription was canceled I asked why I never got a credit becuase I never paid. She said she would send me the March issue and starting from there I should rec. the following issues they owe me. I'll keep you posted if the issues stop.

I think it is a shame that this number is not published someplace that is easily accessible. renewed my subscription back in August, and signed up 2 of my co-workers for the gift subscriptions at no extra cost. I realize the gift subscriptions were free, but it was the only reason I renewed. To date, they have not received any issues at all.

Copy of my check in hand.I will be reporting to all neccessary agencies to alert others. I ordered 10/14 and today is Jan. 20 and no issues to my friends nor me, no DVD no nothing, but I bet they are sharing our info. to others. You can go to opt-out section and read. This is horrible and a scam.
