"I Love My 40s!"

My Diet: "Breakfast is oatmeal and an egg-white omelet. Lunch is chicken or tuna salad. Dinner is grilled steak and brown rice. Snacks are usually protein shakes."

My Guilty Pleasure: "A really good meal out -- like linguini with clam sauce, and chocolate cake."

My Workout: "Four to six days a week, I work out for 90 minutes -- a combination of weight training and the elliptical machine."

My #1 Motivator: "My husband, Dan, helps out by getting the kids off to school so I can get to the gym."
