  • Stand with feet hip-width apart, then crouch down to place palms flat on floor in front of you, hands shoulder-width apart.

I think the story is a good one. The exercises appear to be different and somewhat challenging, which is something I like. However, all the moving screens on the site are very distracting and annoying. Not sure I will continue to read stories as they are sent to me.
