SINCE we are all members of the site I wish you could create a recipe box so you don't always have to print the recipe out...especially because of all the extra advertisements and text that prints.

I sincerely recommend it. Good luck to you all!
I really dislike trying to print a recipe and finding I have to have a huge advertisement if I want nutritional information. I am just going to leave these recipes alone. Really irked.
But their pictures do not match the amounts in the receipe. There always appears to be more food than the actual amounts allowed. For example the waffles with blueberry maple syrup only has 1 tablespoon of pecans. That would be about 3 possibly 4 pecans not 9. I have noticed a lot of the pictures are deceiving.
I have read a lot of diets like this, where the objective seems to include keeping in the sweet stuff. But I actually like savory. And I don't want to eat sweet stuff because it makes me want to eat more. Whereas savory just leaves me satisfied.
