Waffles with Blueberry Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 whole-grain waffles
- 1 tablespoon pecans
Make It
Microwave blueberries and syrup together for 2 to 3 minutes, until berries are thawed. Toast waffles and top with warm blueberry syrup. Sprinkle with pecans.

12/21/2009 09:04:10 PM Report AbuseI have read a lot of diets like this, where the objective seems to include keeping in the sweet stuff. But I actually like savory. And I don't want to eat sweet stuff because it makes me want to eat more. Whereas savory just leaves me satisfied.
