I concur the less meat you eat, the less you miss it I haven't eaten meat in many years and I don't miss it. Plus meat causes too many problems, slow digestion, atherosclorosis, high blood pressure, cancer, weight gain, tiredness ,makes some people meaner. Not to mention the sodium nitrates that are bad for your brain and allergies.Plus you have less energy for exercises, it goes to digestion instead. Save the animals!!! TM

If you have been a red meat eater for a long time the best thing to do is to reduce and then maybe eliminate after you have protein substitutions established. I've seen way too many women go straight to anemia with this type of drastic change. Moderation leads to success.
