I don't agree with the estimation either. I know that we consume more calories when extremely active but what happened to the burn more calories then consumed factor? I'm pretty healthy and look great in a bikini, but I'm just commenting for those that cannot get to their goal weight and feel great like they should. Seems like Fitness Mag should re-check the calculations. Love the magazine otherwise :)

I donżt think this calorie recommendation (2,463) is right and I donżt think the BMI page helped me either. I eat about 500 calories a day less than my recommendation and I still weigh 191. Also, the BMI didnżt tell me how much to weigh. Iżm a mom and I exercise a lot so I donżt know. I went to a site called www.weightzonefactor.com and it gave me great advice about my weight. But I love the other advice on this site.
