The Oblique-Twist Triceps Push-Up works your triceps, obliques and outer thighs.
In this position, you're gonna sit lying on your side. The bottom leg is gonna be bent underneath you, and the bottom arm is gonna wrap up and hug your rib cage. Your tip hip is gonna be raised up slightly with the toe pointed and the top arm is right in front of you. On the next move of the position, you're gonna push yourself up to that your arm is almost fully extended. Raise the leg as high as you can, than lower back to the beginning, take it up and down.
