The Perfect DIY Lipstick holder Tip Thursday (Glue it down too)

-Hey guys! It's Elessa here and welcome to Tip Thursday. I know it's been like a long time and I'm really sorry I've just been really busy traveling like literally like all over the place, but I am home and I'm ready to show you guys this do-it-yourself lipstick container thing that I was talking about. So this is something that I learned like 10 years ago like Forever [unk] because this is what we were doing at the counter and it wasn't necessarily I'm working at the counter. It was more like we would sell lipsticks and things like that

and then they'll like top all over in the container and so instead of having this ugly lipsticks, we would recycle. So what you would do is you will just take one of these. This is a MAC lipgloss. So this is a MAC lipgloss container. You can take a lipstick container. You can take one like this, little boxes. And all you do is cut it in half. I know it looks like simple. Okay, so I'm gonna show you right now. What you do is you just take a lipstick box like this.

This is the one from the MAC Villains, and you're going to eyeball it unless you're [unk] and you want to even. Divide it into two, cut it straight across. You have 2 pieces, fold it like that, and you have 2 lipstick containers. And then, you just stick it into a tray like this.

You can tape them together if you want. Really doesn't matter, and then you put your lipglosses in. So this one right here is going to be for my lipglasses, so it's the same size as your lipglass and you're not throwing those boxes away. Fold it in half, you can have them right there. Now, if you want, you can make them all even. I'm just showing you the different sizes. You guys get the idea and then you just put your lipsticks in there, and you have your own do-it-yourself lipglass holder. Now, if you don't have that much lipstick,

you probably have a little box and you can just have them in a little box. You can cut them different sizes. You can paint them whatever, but like you get the idea on how to have your own lipstick holder. So now everything will hold in its place. You don't have to throw away your cardboard. You don't have to throw away the MAC containers that you couldn't part with or you could be like me and then just select like empty boxes like this 'cause I can't part with this MAC stuff for some weird reason.
