Hey there, Elessa here for pursebuzz. Today, I'm doing a make up tutorial from Britney Spears. Hold it against your look. I thought there were so many pretty ones in there, but this is the one that I really like because I have the soft pink lips, a little on the cheek, and then little bit of a pink, a really pretty like black eye liner around the eye, and a little bit of brown in the corner. It really helps change the shape of my eyes because of the eyeliner
instead of being a little bit upturned, it made them and a little bit more downturned, and I think it's fun. It's different, you know, when you go out nighttime. It's very simple to do and something like too bright in entirety. If you're interested, keep on watching. So, the first thing you're gonna do with is this look is you're going to dry your eyebrows in. So, I'm gonna be using the anesthesia pencil brush first. I'm not using this pencil. I'm just gonna use this for the color right here. It's a little bit ashy and I'm going to draw little check marks on the eyebrows and I want to make them as wide and straight as possible while still looking natural.
The next thing you're gonna do is use a base grey eyeshadow and what I wanna do is to create something that's really matte to satin, nothing too shimmery. So, I'm gonna be using the Urban Decay Primer Potion in Eden, just a couple of taps. This looks as too dramatic or anything as far as the lids go and I just blend that way. Now, let's look close from a really, really dramatic eyeliner and so for your brow bone even when you use something that's slightly shimmering not at all
or MAC wink. I wanna go for something like satin, so it brings a little bit light to the upper part of my eyes since the eyeliner is really dark, so for that, I'm gonna use little bit of this. This mark color crash and I got it from right here, but I learned that the colors on the back behind the magnetic strip. So, I'm just gonna take that and use that all over my lid and I'm gonna use a fluffy brush like this. This is the Crown Stiff Tapered Crease, to make fluffy that it gets all over the place, and you tap.
So, you're essentially doing right now is just really coloring down that base color you have, which was the Urban Decay Eden from myself and so just gonna pat that down, so it doesn't move anywhere, to bring the eyes little bit closer like Britney. She has a little bit of crease color right there that's a little brown, almost in the triangular shave, and since it's matte, I'm gonna use this color right here. It's really an eyebrow color, but just give me that matte and brown to really just to fine your eyes
but not really bring attention to. Next, you're gonna take your pinkies and you're gonna fill for your brow bone area and just puff the color right there. That will be even on both sides. You can lift your brow with your ring fingers and you can easily feel that area, and I think the definition of my eyes right here in the crease just a little bit deeper than it was before. Alright, now for the eyeliner, that's a little bit more of a tricky part. So, what I like to do is
I like to use a liquid eye liner pen, not like just the brush, and I'm gonna use the Eve Pearl Black Pearl, which is absolutely favorite. And so, what you're gonna do is you're going to draw a little bit of a thicker eyeliner here and you're gonna take right in the middle and then just a thin line going to the inner corner. So, you wanna do this with your eyes open so you can see the thick line and you want the eyeliner to be an 8 to a quarter of an inch thick and I mean it sounds like think, but you just have to follow the way eye is. Since, this isn't like a typical look, maybe you wanna draw a straight line first
and I'm gonna do that right now. So, I have that, then we make it little bit thicker, a little. Do the same thing with the other eye and make sure you open your eyes at times, so that you can see how thick that liner is when your eyes are open.
Now, make sure, your eyeliner doesn't just stop abruptly. It's tapered in and then slowly to really, really fine line on the inner corner. The next thing, I wanna do is create a really, really dark eyeliner and really intensified water lines. How may of you are using this Lancome, the Stylo waterproof, such really gonna be darkening, stop going anywhere, it is waterproof. Now, if it's not dark enough for you, what I like do, is I like to take a little bit of gel liner, this is a Marked Entourage.
I'm just gonna take a little bit and then use the combination on the water line. Now, take the remainder of the product I got here and wager between your lash line on the top that looks thicker and fuller. Next, you're gonna create the illusional eyeliner. So, you're gonna take a black eyeliner. I'm just gonna use the same Lancome one and then draw the eyeliner all the way inward, and eventually, we're going to create a straight line with little fit at the end.
So, I'm just gonna draw a line below, and you're gonna use this eyeliner as a base for your eyeshadow, so, you're gonna shape they eyeshadow, but you're using this so it doesn't smudge. So, you're gonna take a black eyeshadow. I'm gonna be using this one out of grasp. You can use like a matte black if you want, doesn't matter. I then I'm gonna figure out how much I need to pull this color out in order to make it a straight line.
So, what you're gonna do on this side, you're gonna same thing on this side. So, now let's take a step a back assess my look. I want to be a little thicker right here and then taper down in inner corner, so I'm gonna put a little bit more eyeshadow on the other corner, and then I'm gonna clean starting from the middle and going inward, and this is gonna help pull my eye from being slanted to the being a little bit more horizontal. So, I'm gonna take this. This is the cosmetic grey Q-tip
or just look like a lot eyebrows that's tightly condensed and I'm gonna start on the inner corner and I'm gonna clean it up, really thin, and taper right in the middle. You can see how my eyes starting to look a little more downturn, kind of how Britney Spears' eyes are, and now I'm gonna work on the flake. Now, I'm just gonna take a little tracing of shadow that I have right here and I'm gonna create my flake with all little dot there and dot right there.
See if it's even, and once it is, connect the line and you wanna follow bottom because that's how you're gonna get on most even. Don't worry about any of the gaps that's gonna filled in with eye shadow. Right now, you just want to shape. Right, now I'm going fill in any of the gap and really solidify the eye liner using a little bit of black eyeshadow.
So, to really define that downturn right over here, just take a little bit of light color in a flake right at the outer eyelid, just like that, and just right over the light head flake, so it's really obvious that it's really dramatic eyeliner and pattern down lids. So, bring these lashes on the top that are really long and wispy. So, I'm gonna use the [unk] #601.
Let's see that right there. Long and wispy, you just gonna flare at the end. So while it's drying, I'm gonna hold it like this in a curve, so that when you does dry, it's gonna fit perfectly on the eyelid. As I'm drying, I'm going to put the outer edge and put down the inner corner and that will create a little more of a sexy kind of eye and you see what a big difference lashes make. It really just pulls my eyes longer
and larger, hold this one kind of just round and weird. Okay next, I have new moisturizer [unk] Once, it sets in, you're gonna put the foundation and I'm just using the Lancome. This is the foundation that I was using last time and really like because it has a full coverage and it's buildable, you know, from medium, [unk]. I am going to use just a little of the Eve Pearl as a medium and I'm gonna use this on inner corner right here
because my eyes are so dark with the liner. I want to avoid anything dark circle lifts, and I just put some concealer, so it's going to help bring my skin tone back to the normal color. So, for my lips, Britney has really pink lips. I'm gonna use my [unk]. This is Tony lip liner. I'm gonna shape my lip. That's completely optional if you decide to fill in your entire lip.
I'm not going to because her lips are really sheer. I don't wanna overdo with the lipstick. So, for my lips, I'm gonna be using, this is the baby love from Mark, and it's just a nice frosty pink, but not like a baby pink. So, for my lips, I put little bit gloss, sometimes my lips look so dry, and this is the #38 golden gloss from YSL
So, for my cheeks, I'm just gonna use something that's really subtle because Britney has not too much color her check and this modest grey and pink. Just take a little fan brush and don't go overboard. Just have a little color on the check, feel free to contour. I'm gonna try to change my nose just a little bit, so it' more like her nose shape. Some of you use this, this is Mark Bronzer Pro and I like this because it's so subtle, if I do make a mistake it's not a big deal, so I follow my eyebrow and my nose bridge to get downward
This also helps to give you a crooked nose. I think I have a completely crooked nose. So, if I use this, and then go straight down, it will help give me the illusion that my nose is not crooked, and you don't wanna use anything that's too obvious, so a little bit darker maybe 2 shades darker than your skin tone is perfect and that's it. I'm gonna put on my hair and I'll be back, and there you have it, the eyes from the Britney Spears music video.
I think it's fun. I like it because it helps reshape your eyes to something that's really different. It's fun and I mean you're gonna have to have wear blonde wig or anything like that. It's fun to have like tons of them, so why not wear them for some fun. Thanks again for joining here at pursebuzz and I'll see you guys next time, bye.
