Flip your palms open to the sky, keeping your fingers together and lengthening your arms even more. Inhale deeply as you stretch upward. Take 2 or 3 more breaths in this position.

And a lot of times you just want to dab it. I generally don't dab -- I'm not a dabber -- I'm too impatient for that. Um, other places to put it are on your eyebrow, right? Eyebrow -- I don't know how to say it. Right here underneath your eyebrow. Um, just your brow. And that heightens this area right here which will help you with other makeup. Um, I better put a light, a light bit right on top of your eye right here any kind of Um, another place I like to put it is right here around my nose. Um, that way it makes it spread easier and makes
