Mushroom-Olive Pasta & Salad with Lemon-Hummus Dressing

Barilla Whole Grain Pasta + Rao's Homemade Marinara + Sabra's Classic Hummus

Make It
Cook 2 ounces dry pasta according to directions. In saucepan, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil and saute 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, and 1/4 cup sliced black olives for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup pasta sauce and heat until warm. Top cooked pasta with sauce. Mix 2 tablespoons hummus with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water; drizzle over 2 cups mixed spring greens.
