I haven't tried the recipe yet but I am really shocked at the suggestion of "boiling" the veggits in water where one loses nutrients. How about steaming either over water or in the microwave while maintaining some of the nutrients? I also like to cover my chicken in a low fat salad dressing and steam in the microwave. Gives it flavor and keeps it moist as it cooks. Just some suggestions. Thanks
