I wish the recipes would be a little bit more...normal? I am from the south where we're raised on fried chicken and casseroles and there isn't a chance I could get my family to eat wasabi mashed potatoes, creamy ginger sesame sauce or zucchini potato latkes with tzatziki (I don't even know what that is!). Could we just get some healthy recipes for veggie side dishes without all the strange spices and additives?
