We're Vegans. Somehow Fitness thinks "cheese" is a vegetable. Clue. It's not. We do meatless most Su Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa perhaps 1 coldwater (not farmed) fish. What's the problem with dairy? Read the book "The No Dairy Breast Cancer Prevention Program" by prof. Jane Plant, CBE, Amazon & bookstores.
seems like a lot of tired pasta dishes.
