HEARTY salads NOT LIGHT.....
the calorie content is too much
These salads look great and I planned to make the salmon and spud salad tonight. Is that 31g of FAT PER SERVING??? This seems PRETTY high to be called a light dish. I don't think any of the recipes meets my idea of low fat and maybe that's not what they're going for here, but I don't think you can push these as "light".
The last four nights I have made recipes from fitness magazine and they have all been delicious. I am not the only one who thinks so, my family does too! My fiance keeps posting the pictures of meals on his facebook page and people are asking him if he is a chef. I especially enjoyed the salmon and spud salad and the chicken sausage, green apple and lentil salad. Thanks for making such delicious and easy recipes available.
