Take some prepared dough, add pesto, veggies, and cheese, and voila! A hearty, healthy take on an Italian staple.

Pantry Staples
In addition to the five ingredients, the recipes on these pages use a few staples already in your kitchen. Here's what you need:

-- Nonstick cooking spray
-- Extra virgin olive oil
-- Low-sodium chicken broth
-- Reduced-sodium soy sauce
-- Salt
-- Black pepper
-- Dried oregano
-- Garlic powder

I SELDOM watch anything all the way through, but this one I DID. One thing I wondered about it my FAVORITE. Just eat vegies. Less time in preparation, and you get the REAL flavor of the food, not all this covering up with this or that. I never eat anything with vanilla. Not my favorite. I wish all recipes would give an alternative to VANILLA. It's nasty!!!!
