3/6/2010 10:08:48 AM Report AbuseThis is one of the best dishes I've ever tried. It's very filling, I made my own sauce using a small can of tomato paste and a large can of crushed tomatoes, add a tbsp. salt and the garlic to the sauce. After I cooked the vegtables down I added the 1/2cup sauce to the vegtables and let it simmer for 10 minutes. It was so good I made seconds to bring to work for lunch the next day.
