My favorite way is to make the recipe on the box of Steele Cut Oats 1C Oats to 3C water pinch of salt.Cook according to the box when done add 1/2 cup craisins, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 cup liquid egg whites. Stir egg whites in briskly. Keeps for several days, so re-heat next day - easy easy and full of protein, low calorie.
