Spicy Peanut Dressing


  • 3 tablespoons  regular or reduced fat peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 tablespoon  hot water
  • 1 teaspoon  rice wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon  soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon  crushed garlic
  • Cayenne pepper to taste


1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days; whisk or shake well before serving.
