hey i changed my diet i take lots of fruits for lunch exercise twice daily and walk a kilometre daily i have lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks
1/31/2011 01:30:20 AM Report AbuseI lost 103 pounds in 8 months, I changed my eating habits, i exercise daily walking and dancing i drank only water. i rewarded myself on fridays. my before picture looks nothing like me. i have been thin for the last 4 years, and i went from a 22 to a size 3. i look great at 46 mother of 4. subway is a good diet if you use their selected choices... and they dont include cheese or certian toppings...so read the entire paper... .GOOD LUCK TO ALL
