Lean Pockets Ham & Cheese Ultra

200 calories, 6g fat, 2.5g saturated fat
Among those we tried, this sandwich ranks highest in protein and fiber (25 grams and 7 grams, respectively) and lowest in calories -- though you'd never guess it from the smoky, cheesy flavor.

Smart Ones Garden Veggies & Mozzarella Smartwich

270 calories, 6g fat, 2.5g saturated fat
One of the few vegetarian sandwich options available, it's stuffed with fresh-tasting zucchini, spinach, and peppers, all smothered in tomato sauce and cheese.

Lean Cuisine Panini Southwest-Style Chicken

280 calories, 7g fat, 3g saturated fat
The silver-sided box actually "grills" the two thick sourdough bread slices to crisp perfection. Stuffed inside are mesquite-seasoned chicken, veggies, cheese, and a mildly spicy sauce.
