I don't believe the purpose of this article is to promote fast food, or to suggest that these are indeed healthy foods. It is simply realistic- IF you're going to eat fast food, these are some of the lesser diet evils.

2/15/2013 06:43:46 PM Report AbuseNot a word was mentioned about all of the msg in KFC's chicken & possibly other items mentioned, which makes it not all that healthy. I'm allergic to msg and so are many other people. The items mentioned would not be healthy for anyone, really, when you consider the additives.
