Apples, strawberries, etc. are on the "only buy organic list" this year so they are not healthy unless they are organic. (GMO's, pesticides, etc.)
this is a favorite combo for me. something about sweet and salty together.
I use Better N Peanut Butter also and I love the taste. And it also comes in chocolate. YUM, YUM,
Super yummy with Almond Butter as well.
I use better'n peanut butter which I get at Target its 85% fat free and 40% fewer calories it does contain soy but its good
To Steph_Rowland-my p.b. is 80 cals. for 1 tbs. you should change p.b. to lower the cals.
How is this possible? 1 Tbs of my low fat peanut butter is 95 calories. A 5 oz (small) apple is 75. That totals 170 calories.

It would be great if you would put the nutritional value on things. What is the low calorie magic number?
