Too much of anything can be bad for you; even water. Caffeine, like many things, has positive effects: Increased metabolism and studies link it with prevention of Alzheimers. If true, that could mean Caffeine is not just healthy but essential. I'm sick of the healthy police. Everyone can agree that fat and salt is largely 'unhealthy' -- but omitting either from a diet is irresponsible and can result in health problems. Everything should be used in moderation. yes caffeine has some negative side effects but you can also google positive effects of caffeine and see that you can also benefit from drinking coffee as well
I love coffee...no matter the negative side effects, I can't give it up. But thanks to decaf I don't have to! :) PS. BE AWARE: These cookie (fig newtons) always have a ton of high fructose corn syrup. NOT GOOD FOR YOU. Find ones with regular sugar or just choose something else. Something with a speck of nutritional value, preferably.
remember low cal doesn't equal healthy - this one is more unhealthy then the rest- if you care about your body ladies google negative effects of caffine
