Too much of anything can be bad for you; even water. Caffeine, like many things, has positive effects: Increased metabolism and studies link it with prevention of Alzheimers. If true, that could mean Caffeine is not just healthy but essential. I'm sick of the healthy police. Everyone can agree that fat and salt is largely 'unhealthy' -- but omitting either from a diet is irresponsible and can result in health problems. Everything should be used in moderation. Use common sense.
