These look very good but would like to see the nutrition elements on the same page as the recipe.
This is very good with spicy fresh homemade guacamole. I also made some fresh salsa which made this roll-up even better. This is also great with black beans instead of using the re-fried beans. :^) Thumbs up!!!

This looks great! Will try this: leave bean as is, make guac by combining mashed avocado with lime juice and pico... serve as above. Should cut on cals and sodium from the store bought salsa and ready made guac. For the tortilla make sure to go for the "La Tortilla Factory"... they too cut a ton in your cal count! Read the labels!
