Ingredients

  • 2 frozen low-fat whole-grain waffles
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Make it: Toast waffles and top with bananas and pecans.

this has way too many calories for a breakfast.... the title of this article says under 300, and this is 330- maybe I can eat this as a treat once in a while for breakfast, but every day is fattening!
