All these breakfast recipes sound gross. What about people who don't like sweet warm things first thing in the a.m. The last thing I want when I wake up is acidic fruit and warm sugary syrup. Anything put in a wheat wrap sounds good though.

Where's the protein? Why are all these breakfasts loaded with carbs? This is a recipe for disaster.

Muffins do not make a healthy breakfast, no matter what you call them or what ingredients are in them. They are loaded with sugars and start your day out on a blood sugar spike, only to crash you in a hour or two. Yuck!
