Not very healthy - Women should not eat more than 45 carbs per meal. This is pushing the envelope - plus 302 calories? I also question the use of the granola bar ... they can vary in calorie and content - some are 298 calories all by themselves. This whole series has a lot of pitfalls. Shame on you for publishing this without thinking it through and being so misleading.
