Waffles With Blueberry Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 whole-grain waffles
- 1 tablespoon pecans
Make it:
Microwave blueberries and syrup together for 2 to 3 minutes, until berries are thawed. Toast waffles and top with warm blueberry syrup. Sprinkle with pecans.

Cut the blueberries and add nut butter and you've got a good travel meal. (This is something I would do from my old working days. There were days when I had to pack all three meals. I could have eaten dinner out at least, but I'm very cheap.)
