Sesame Edamame Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shelled frozen edamame
- 3/4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Asian sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
Directions
Cook edamame in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain well. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, oil and sugar. Add the edamame, toss to coat, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm or chilled. (Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
