Garlic-Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes, halved
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a mixing bowl, stir together bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil.
Arrange tomato halves, cut side up, on a foil-lined baking tray.
Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake 10 minutes, or until crumb topping turns golden brown.
