Turkey, Mozzarella & Basil Wrap

  • 2 6 inches  (small) whole-grain tortillas
  • 3 ounces  turkey
  • 1 1 ounce slice part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup  chopped fresh basil
  • 1 medium apple


1. Cut cheese in half.

2. Fill tortillas with turkey, cheese and basil.

3. Serve with apple.

I roasted a turkey breast instead of using lunch meat. I also added 3 cherry tomatoes halved (3 full tomatoes, 3 halves in each wrap). Mmmmmmmmm!
