Spinach Salad With Strawberries

Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
- 1/4 cup kidney beans
- 8 croutons
- 2 tablespoons vinaigrette
Directions
Make it:1. Combine all salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.









the body does need that healthy fat...or rather healthy oils and fatty acids...it is already a salad..not a chicken tikka makhani that is laden with butter and cream. Once again...tis healthy fat i think!

6/7/2010 12:16:28 AM Report AbuseI would eliminate the eggs, beans and brocolli. I would replace them with apples, granola, cucumber and tomato. Trader Joe's Low Fat Balsamic Dressing is the best on this salad. 25 calories and no fat!
