Ingredients

  • 5 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions
