Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons  mashed avocado
  • 3 tablespoons  nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons  chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon  white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon  chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon  chopped fresh tarragon (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days; Whisk or shake well before serving.
