Spinach & Bacon Omelet
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 slice whole-grain toast
- 1 teaspoon butter
- cooking spray
Directions
1. Whisk together eggs, bacon and spinach.
2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray; cook egg mixture and serve with toast and butter.





I agree, the photo is not representative of this recipe in regards to the presenation of the eggs and two pieces of toast (should be one).

1/10/2011 05:47:55 PM Report AbuseI love this recipe! It's a great add-on! I used 1 slice turkey bacon and 2 cups of spinach scramble it all together put on a sandwhich thins (100 calorie) add sliced jalapenos and top with the other half of the sandwhich thin. MMMMM!
