Baked Apple with Walnut Crumble
- 1 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oats
1. Wash and core apple. Mix together walnuts, cinnamon, brown sugar and oats. Fill center of apple with walnut mixture. Place in microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave for 6 to 7 minutes, or until apple is tender.
