Fabulous Smoothie. I use Chobani and I use a flax seed and chia seed blend called FitFlax that I get on Amazon. I love the taste and texture in the smoothie and it's super healthy!

I like to use flavored Keifer instead of milk. It's 99% lactose free (good for lactose intolerant people like me), plus it adds sweetness and more creamy texture. Be careful how much you add, however, because the calories and carbs add up faster with this! Keifer is high in protein (about 11g/cup) and has probiotics! I also like using 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter in smoothies - yum!

I generally make this every morning with a few strawberries, 1 banana and glass of water with wheatgrass. The milk is not necessary.

We use the unsweetened almond milk, add 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and a scoop of whey protein. The drink is a great way to start the day for about 200 calories. I'm full until lunchtime!

I think a lot of these smoothies can be made with less milk (or milk substitute, such as soy or almond milk) and more water. Use a lot of ice to keep the thickness.
