Fabulous Smoothie. I like to add a flax and chia seed blend called FitFlax that I get on Amazon. I love the taste and texture in the smoothie and it's super healthy!

I drink this every morning, except mine is a little different. One banana, heaping tablespoon creamy peanut butter, 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk, handful of blueberries, handful of spinach and some ice . Sometimes I add cinnamon and strawberries. So yummy and so addictive!

We skip the ice cubes and simply freeze our bananas (cut in half). We get the discounted bananas that have brown spots - since they're truly rip, peel and freeze immediately. They're always available for a smoothie and they're super cheap! You can also buy fresh bananas and wait for them to ripen, then freeze. We also use soy milk and either a dash of vanilla extract, or vanilla flavored soy milk. We also call it "Chunky Monkey" or if using choc soy milk - "Chocolate Chunky Monkey".
