Wow, I'm completely contrary to the tips in this article. Protein helps me sleep soundly, carbs keep me awake. Alcohol works wonders; a glass or two is as good as a prescription sleep aid for myself. Mt doctor actually suggested a glass or two to help me sleep, lol. I have found that keeping a fan running at night drowns out the noises that constantly wake me.
